The bit that confuses everyone
Two names. One team.
1609 Events & Décor plans the wedding and builds the décor. Knot It Off photographs and films it. Same people, same office, one conversation — and one contract if you want both.
They are two names because they are two different jobs. Planning is structure: dates, permits, budgets, crews, a run sheet everyone works from. Photography is the opposite instinct — waiting, watching, catching the thing nobody scheduled. Asking one team to be brilliant at both under a single name usually means it is quietly better at one of them.
You can hire either on its own. Plenty of couples do, and nobody will push you toward the other.

We tell you what stays yours
Every scope on this site says what we do not take on, in writing, before you sign anything. A planner who is vague about that is being vague on purpose.

We do not publish prices
Not because they are frightening — because a wedding for eighty in the Cotswolds and one for four hundred in Udaipur share almost nothing. A number on a page would be either meaningless or misleading, so we would rather have the conversation.

We draw it and we build it
Design, fabrication, install and teardown sit with one team. It is the only reason a room ever looks the way the drawing did.

Five countries, done properly
India, the UK, the UAE, Thailand and Sri Lanka. Enough to give you a real choice, few enough that we know the permits, the seasons and the people in each.
