What we do

Four ways in.
The difference is what stays on your plate.

Full planning, partial, day-of coordination, or décor only.

Every planner will tell you what they include. The more useful question is what they leave you holding — so that is what this shows. Pick a scope and watch where each job lands.

What each scope covers

From the venue search to the last van leaving. You make decisions; we make them happen.

  1. Venue search and site visits 1609
  2. Budget structure and tracking 1609
  3. Vendor sourcing and contracts 1609
  4. Guest travel, transfers and rooms 1609
  5. Permits, licences and paperwork 1609
  6. Design direction and décor concept 1609
  7. Décor build and installation 1609
  8. Multi-day event flow and timings 1609
  9. Supplier payments and schedules 1609
  10. Rehearsals and supplier briefings 1609
  11. Running every event on the day 1609
  12. Family logistics and late additions 1609
  13. Teardown, returns and settlements 1609

On full planning we hold 13 of 13 jobs outright.

Who holds each job, by scope. “Shared” means the contract sets out the split.

Scope is a starting point, not a cage. Most couples land between two of these, and the difference goes in the contract in writing.

Décor & production

We draw it, then we build it.

Décor is not booked out and forgotten about. Concept, drawings, fabrication, install and teardown sit with one team, which is the only reason a room ever looks like the drawing did.

Not sure which scope you need?

Most people are not, and it is the easiest thing to work out on a call. Tell us the date, the country and roughly how many people.
